Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working with children in school or pediatric settings
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-age children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support students goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to documentation, and track student progress
• Provide direct therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Educate and consult with families and staff on communication strategies and interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state regulations
