The Campus at Silver Lake offers both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living, providing a continuum of care for families throughout the South Shore. The Opportunity We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven professional to help grow our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living communities. Approximately 70% of this role will focus on business development and community outreach, building relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, and other key referral partners. The remaining 30% will support Skilled Nursing admissions as needed, helping coordinate referrals, admissions, tours, and communication with families and healthcare partners. This is an ideal opportunity for a natural connector and self-starter who enjoys getting out into the community, meeting people, building relationships, and turning those relationships into results. What You'll Do Build and strengthen relationships with key healthcare and community referral partners. Develop consistent outreach strategies to increase referrals to both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. Conduct in-person visits, phone outreach, networking, presentations, and community events. Identify new referral opportunities and expand Wingate Living's presence in the market. Conduct tours and help prospective residents and families understand the value of Wingate Living. Track outreach, referrals, leads, tours, and results. Partner with Sales, Admissions, and leadership to convert opportunities into admissions and move-ins. Admissions Support Assist with Skilled Nursing referrals and admissions as needed. Respond promptly to referral sources and coordinate necessary information. Support admission documentation, insurance authorization, and communication with the clinical team. Help ensure a smooth transition for new residents and their families. Maintain familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare reimbursement.
