Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing flexibility in scheduling client appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Brighter Days Therapy, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active LCSW or LMFT license in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients empathetically and effectively.

• Proficiency in clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and documentation efficiently.

• Capacity to adapt to technology, utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years’ experience in clinical practice, specifically in a mental health or family therapy setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
