Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health journey, including their strengths and areas for growth.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans, setting ambitious yet realistic therapeutic goals for clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate a holistic approach to client care.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and conduct risk assessments, ensuring client safety through comprehensive safety planning.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.

• Lead and contribute to group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, enabling a rich shared learning experience for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, supplemented with performance-based bonuses and a generous sign-on bonus as part of your welcome to the team.
