This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work hours while ensuring you can deliver high-quality therapy services from the comfort of your own space. Our outpatient treatment facility operates under a hybrid model that allows for both telehealth and occasional in-person visits. This flexibility not only accommodates your schedule but also assists in reaching a broader range of clients in the Dallas, Oregon area and beyond.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving their mental wellness goals.

• Diagnose mental health conditions using DSM-5 criteria and provide ongoing evaluation and modification of treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions in various formats including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, ensuring an empathetic environment conducive to healing.
\n
• Monitor clients’ progress, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to adapt therapeutic strategies as appropriate, ensuring continual alignment with their evolving needs.

• Deliver age-appropriate assessments, interventions, and psychoeducation to clients, particularly those affected by prenatal substance exposure and related concerns.
\n
• Lead parent support groups and workshops, focusing on critical topics surrounding family dynamics and the unique challenges faced by adoptive families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of issues. Your expertise will be particularly valuable in addressing familial conflicts, mental health disorders, and developmental challenges. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients through life's transitions and helping them establish healthy relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• Demonstrated clinical skills with at least two (2) years of experience in providing therapeutic services to diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with prenatal substance exposure cases and developmental disabilities is highly desirable.

• Prior engagement in family therapy or group therapy modalities will enhance your fit for this position.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and documentation software may be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year. In addition, employees enjoy the following benefits:
