Work Environment\n

This position is primarily a remote role, allowing you to manage your own schedule while providing therapeutic services. Our operational hours extend from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, offering flexibility for both patients and staff. You'll have access to a supportive outpatient office environment for face-to-face sessions when required, enhancing client relationships and therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs, incorporating various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a holistic approach to mental wellness.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care and achieve better client outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions, staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will interact with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Your focus will be on creating a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their challenges and develop sustainable strategies for improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of the legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is necessary for client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. In addition to guaranteed pay with annual increases, we provide:
