Account Manager

We are working with an established insurance organization focused on providing personalized service and insurance solutions to individuals and families. The team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can build strong client relationships while effectively managing day-to-day personal lines accounts. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage and service an existing book of business while supporting new and renewal accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong personal lines insurance knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple client needs. Responsibilities Manage and service an existing book of Personal Lines accounts. Provide customer support, coverage education, and recommendations. Obtain quotes for new and renewal business. Identify cross-selling opportunities based on client needs. Issue binders and process policy endorsements. Assist clients with claims and billing inquiries. Maintain accurate client files, records, and documentation. Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams. Follow up promptly on quotes, renewals, and service requests. Ensure accounts are serviced accurately and efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in Personal Lines insurance or account management . Knowledge of quoting, renewals, endorsements, claims, and billing processes. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Insurance license preferred or required based on applicable state requirements.
