Epic Reporting & Analytics Specialist Ask: This is a net-new search. I'm looking for an experienced analytics professional who understands RCM analytics deeply and can build AR dashboards, reports, and client-facing scorecards out of Epic. This person needs to know how to navigate Epic's reporting environment, identify and resolve data duplication, and ultimately produce the kind of KPI-level visibility that a health system partner expects - think net collection rate, denial rate by payer, Days in AR, AR over 90/120, charge lag, and similar. Martin and I will interview these candidates together. We are a small practice so rate must be flexible, which we can discuss separately. The right candidate will help us build repeatable, scalable reporting infrastructure, not just one-off reports. I am open to contract-to-hire for the right person.

• Epic Clarity (SQL) : must be able to write or fluently read Clarity SQL queries; understands the RCM data model and can navigate key tables without a guide
• Epic Reporting Workbench : proficient; uses it regularly, not just occasionally
• Epic Radar Dashboards : has built or configured operational dashboards for AR monitoring, workqueue management, or productivity tracking
• Tableau and/or Power BI : experience surfacing Clarity data into a visualization layer for executive or client-facing output; Tableau preferred, Power BI a strong plus given our Atrium/Advocate Health ecosystem
• Sample KPIs : Net Collection Rate, Gross Collection Rate, Clean-Claim Rate, Denial Rate by payer, provider, and reason code, Days in AR, AR Over 90 / 120 Days, Charge Lag (time from service to charge entry), Cash Collections by Payer, Charges, Payments & Visits (volume and revenue per visit/unit), Patient Balance & Bad Debt (AR aging and write-off trends.
• Nice to Have : Experience with SlicerDicer for ad hoc self-service analytics. Familiarity with Epic Chronicles data architecture and how it feeds Clarity. Prior work in a multi-provider or MSO environment . Experience building client-facing scorecards for health system partners or payer reporting
