Account Coordinator

JT Mega is seeking a curious and dynamic Account Coordinator. The Account Coordinator will work with an assigned account service team in support of overall project execution. In this role, the Account Coordinator is responsible for proactive learning and timely execution of all assigned work. Core Duties Builds trust in team members by taking initiative, responding quickly and accurately to requests from client and internal partners and demonstrating proactiveness Ensure that projects are carried out within agreed timing schedules Coordinate and take appropriate actions necessary to meet the needs of assigned projects Be the go-to note taker for the account team at internal and client meetings and assist with client presentation materials as needed Assist project manager with ensuring timely execution of projects Keep abreast of current trends in marketing/advertising and communications in client industries Develop client relationships accordingly based on job responsibilities Desired Experience 0 to 2 years agency experience; an understanding of typical agency processes is desired Detail-oriented and go-getter Curiosity and passion about the food category Proven communications, relationship-building, and project management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr JT Mega
