Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to discuss their progress, address stability, plan upcoming appointments, and facilitate timely discharge when appropriate.

• Design, customize, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, adapting interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for all clients.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' specific needs and challenges.
\n
• Engage in individual therapy sessions weekly, providing psychotherapy services that empower clients to overcome their obstacles and achieve their goals.

• Participate in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and improve the overall health of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will support a wide range of clients, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, allowing independent practice.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in delivering psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in technology, including experience with excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.

• Experience conducting intake assessments and evaluating the mental health needs of clients.
