Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of rapport and positive working relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to review treatment progress, stability, and to plan for future appointments or discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to establish treatment needs and goals.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client growth.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and address any challenges faced in client care.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a varied client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflicts, and other psychological issues. By providing tailored counseling services, you will play a vital role in supporting clients as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficient in the use of technology for documentation and client management, including familiarity with RMS systems and Excel.
\n
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Ability to conduct thorough intake assessments effectively and efficiently.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to $100,000, reflective of your skills and experience. Additionally, we operate under a fee-for-service model ensuring guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, so you won't experience delays in reimbursement.
