Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and behavioral health, formulating accurate diagnoses based on established clinical criteria.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help clients cope with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Teach clients effective coping strategies and self-care techniques to enhance their resilience and independence in managing their mental health.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and utilize an integrated approach to treatment.

• Maintain accurate records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will range from adolescents to adults dealing with a wide spectrum of emotional and behavioral issues, including mood disorders, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, depending on experience and caseload.
