Description St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking an individual to assist with clerical duties associated with keeping the department running smoothly. The assistant will reach out to staff for any staffing needs or gaps for the week and assist with Kronos updates. Senior IA would also provide assistance to the staffing office as needed. What You Will Do Manage multi-line phones, start charts, direct visitors, file and perform general clerical duties. Specific duties include but are not limited to: Transcription of physician orders Medical record maintenance Supply monitoring and ordering What You Will Need Positive attitude and be self-motivated Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail, multitasking Previous medical office preferred Computer experience requiredExcellent time management skills High School Diploma or GED All new employees are required to undergo and pass all applicable state and federally mandated pre-employment screening requirements. Pay Range: $17.25 - $22.54. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
