In addition, you will ensure our team members have the resources to provide our guests with memorable moments at Durango. While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Planning, preparing, and cooking food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for guests. Displaying and encouraging teamwork to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Maintaining company cooking standards and assuming responsibility for assigned station(s) individually or in support of others.
