Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying client needs and tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Perform initial comprehensive evaluations of patients and their families to triage care effectively and communicate treatment options.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams by actively participating in documentation and meetings, including patient rounds, to discuss assessment findings and intervention strategies.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to ensure the physical, psychological, educational, and safety needs of clients are met in a manner that is age-appropriate and culturally sensitive.

• Manage a caseload of assigned patients, engaging in extensive case management activities that foster collaboration with community providers to enhance the continuum of care.

• Diligently complete documentation in an ethical and timely fashion to align with departmental expectations.
\n
• Employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to facilitate the development and execution of individualized service plans for patients and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial issues. You will have the opportunity to work with adolescents as well as adults, offering your expertise to help them navigate their mental health journeys within an outpatient framework. The telehealth environment allows for increased accessibility, ensuring that clients can receive the help they need regardless of geographical barriers.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California.

• Willingness to commit to a part-time (10 hours) to full-time (40 hours) work schedule, with the flexibility to conduct more sessions if desired.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly in telehealth, is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, is preferred.

• Previous experience with case management and collaborative care models will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
