Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to deliver personalized care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various settings, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions, ensuring the application of techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Deliver crisis intervention services as necessary, coordinating communication with other healthcare providers to secure continuous care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in adherence to clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

• Provide psychoeducation to patients and families, empowering them with essential skills and knowledge to effectively manage their mental health conditions.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Qualifications\n
