Work Environment\n

This remote role offers flexibility while also encouraging regular collaboration with the team through virtual meetings, case discussions, and supervision. The outpatient office facilitates the delivery of timely and personalized care, where you will be deeply involved with your clients in their journey towards mental wellness. Scheduled hours are primarily Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring they receive personalized care from the outset.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans in alignment with clients’ goals and progress, using a variety of therapeutic interventions suitable for diverse issues.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy, employing a range of therapeutic techniques to address anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma-related conditions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure holistic client support and seamless continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, upholding all legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to continually refine your counseling skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele presents a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and mood disorders. As a counselor, you will work with individuals from various backgrounds, tailoring interventions to meet their specific needs and circumstances. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid LPCC license in California.

• A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
