Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Renewed Counseling Hub, you will:

• Provide tailored individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices to improve mental health outcomes.

• Conduct family and child counseling sessions with clients who meet medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria.
\n
• Design and facilitate psycho-educational groups, including parenting workshops and life skills classes, to enhance client education and support.

• Complete comprehensive clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring all required data is documented accurately and in a timely manner.

• Meet productivity expectations by billing a specific number of reimbursable hours, ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be children and their families, addressing a range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a varied client demographic in Los Angeles, leveraging your clinical expertise to facilitate positive change within their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A maximum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining detailed documentation.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing caseloads and documentation requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
