This full-time position offers a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to create your ideal work-life balance. Our usual office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While working from home, you will maintain regular communication with colleagues and supervisors through various digital platforms. Our outpatient offices serve as a collaborative hub where team members come together to discuss client progress, share strategies, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ unique mental health challenges.

• Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Providing therapeutic services through evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and constructive environment.

• Documenting sessions and maintaining accurate client records utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
