Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of infants and toddlers, ensuring a personalized and effective intervention strategy.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailored to each child's unique requirements and family dynamics.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes alongside the interdisciplinary team to measure progress and adjust strategies as necessary, using evidence-based practices.

• Build trusting relationships with children and families to create a nurturing environment that facilitates learning and growth.
\n
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methods to support families in enhancing their child's development through everyday experiences.

• Provide families with essential information and resources related to child development, ensuring they are equipped to foster their child's learning effectively.

• Stay informed and compliant with all Federal and State regulations impacting social work practice and intervention services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will join a committed team that works closely with families to support early intervention services, helping children develop essential skills during their formative years. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with a focus on clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
