Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while supporting clients in urgent need. You will engage with clients primarily through phone meetings, video calls, and occasional in-person visits as necessary. Our work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet supportive work-life balance that aligns with our values of well-being and productivity.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing their unique situations and challenges.

• Provide short-term crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they receive timely assistance during stressful periods.

• Facilitate referrals to external agencies and services, equipping clients with resources that foster resilience and promote recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress to support continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage clients in beneficial activities and counseling sessions to promote emotional health and support recovery strategies.

• Participate in regular training, supervision, and team meetings to maintain high standards of care and continuous professional development.

• Recognize and report signs of child abuse or any form of neglect and ensure proper protocol is followed in collaboration with relevant authorities.

You will primarily work with clients facing significant adversity, including issues directly related to neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health disorders, and challenges related to parental substance abuse. Your expertise will be vital in helping these populations navigate their circumstances and find paths toward healing and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid and active LCSW license is mandatory for this role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is necessary to complete daily tasks effectively.
