Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)
**Responsibilities: **
**Issue invoices to customers for T&M, contacts, and quoted projects **
Issue monthly customer statements and A/R follow up
Process credit memos, as necessary
Update customer files with contact/billing information
**Submit invoices through customer invoicing website, portal or via email, per customer request. **
Perform data entry and administrative duties, as necessary
Qualifications:
**Previous accounts receivable experience **
**Ability to prioritize and multitask **
**Strong organizational skills **
**Deadline and detail-oriented **
**Positive and professional demeanor **
**Interact professionally with customer via verbal and written communication **
**Ability to work independently **
Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
$53,136.66 - $86,000.00
