Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

**Responsibilities: **

• **Issue invoices to customers for T&M, contacts, and quoted projects **

• Issue monthly customer statements and A/R follow up

• Process credit memos, as necessary

• Update customer files with contact/billing information

• **Submit invoices through customer invoicing website, portal or via email, per customer request.  **

• Perform data entry and administrative duties, as necessary

Qualifications:

• **Previous accounts receivable experience  **

• **Ability to prioritize and multitask **

• **Strong organizational skills **

• **Deadline and detail-oriented **

• **Positive and professional demeanor **

• **Interact professionally with customer via verbal and written communication **

• **Ability to work independently **

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$53,136.66 - $86,000.00
