Medical-Surgical Sales Representative - Caribbean Territory

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Medical-Surgical Sales Representative with a strong track record of success in international healthcare sales, specifically focusing on the Caribbean islands . You will manage and grow our medical-surgical portfolio by cultivating relationships with hospitals, clinics, ministries of health, and regional distributors across the Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth of our medical-surgical product portfolio across assigned Caribbean islands.
• Manage and optimize distributor networks in various island territories to ensure maximum product penetration.
• Cultivate deep relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, OR directors, hospital purchasing agents, and government health officials.
• Navigate international logistics, customs, and regulatory compliance unique to Caribbean healthcare markets.
• Conduct clinical inservices and product training for medical staff in hospital and surgical settings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical-surgical (Med-Surg) device or equipment sales.
• Direct sales experience in the Caribbean islands with a proven understanding of the region's unique healthcare infrastructure and purchasing behaviors.
• Experience managing independent distributor networks in international or island territories.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and relationship-building skills. xhyhwjd
• Fluency in English is required ; proficiency in Spanish or French is a major plus depending on target islands.
