Senior Director of Channel Sales

Senior Director of Channel Sales, a full-time position, is responsible for leading the indirect revenue strategy, managing channel teams, and driving growth through existing and new partnerships. Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee channel sales policies and growth initiatives across two teams Manage and mentor a team of Directors and Sellers to enhance sales performance Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new channel partners to expand market reach Required Qualifications 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 5 years in channel sales or partner management Experience managing a multi-tiered sales organization Familiarity with the transportation, logistics, or fleet management software industries Proven success in negotiating large-scale contracts with channel partners Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
