Operations Reporting Analyst

To support a growing multi-brand automotive service network, the remote Operations Reporting Analyst will develop operational reports, create Power BI dashboards, and deliver insights to enhance decision-making for field and corporate leaders. Key responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports and KPIs for field and corporate teams Design and publish dynamic Power BI dashboards to improve visibility into performance Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement Required qualifications Experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a similar role Proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
