In this remote position, you will be part of a supportive, collaborative team environment that values wellness and balance. Our flexible work hours are designed to cater to your preferences, offering both 4x10 and 5x8 shift options between 8 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, groups, couples, and families using evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather critical information regarding their social, personal, environmental, and health histories.
\n
• Assess and treat mental health issues within your scope of practice, ensuring targeted and effective interventions.
\n
• Coordinate and design programs aimed at addressing clients' social and emotional needs, utilizing community resources as necessary.
\n
• Facilitate management of cases with cognitive, affective, and behavioral health concerns, including crisis resolution and referrals.
\n
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, built on mutual respect and understanding.
\n
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and adjust plans as necessary based on client progress.
\n
• Document clinical findings and interventions in accordance with organizational protocols to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
\n
• Maintain a caseload that meets organizational standards while ensuring all documentation reflects the services provided.
\n
• Provide individual clinical counseling to address specific client needs and circumstances.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff to enhance overall client and operational outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on various groups including individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, grief, and family dynamics. You will work closely with diverse populations, adapting your therapeutic techniques to meet each individual’s unique circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in social work or a closely related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in providing counseling for behavioral mental health issues, such as mood disorders, addiction, and marital or family counseling.

• History of working in community health settings, with an understanding of integrated care models.

• Familiarity with documentation standards required by relevant health regulations and the ability to use electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
