Senior Account Executive

Raven Cargo is hiring for a true senior-level sales role. This is a fully remote role, great for experienced freight professionals who want real autonomy, flexibility, strong operational support, and serious attainable financial upside (BASE + COMMISSION + BONUS').

Raven operates on a strict split model. Significantly reducing sales reps work load so they can focus on customer relationships, strategic sales. business development, and account growth. All while dedicated senior-level Account Management, Operations, and Carrier Sales teams handle execution.

Meaning you will have ownership without being left on an island. This role can specifically cater well to those used to the cradle to grave models or traditional brokerage roles wearing multiple hats or feeling stuck due to bandwidth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new opportunities through prospecting, referrals, industry relationships, and market knowledge

• Transition, retain, and expand any established customer relationships

• Own customer strategy, communication, and long-term account development

• This is NOT a cradle-to-grave position. Leverage/delegate to your teams for support.

• Expand accounts across additional lanes, modes, locations, and services

• Monitor account, service performance, pipeline activity, and long-term growth

Primary must-haves:

• 2+ years of successful freight brokerage sales experience
• A proven history of winning, retaining, and growing profitable customer business
• History of established customer relationships
• Strong industry knowledge, customer communication skills, and ability to operate independently
