Parts Warehouse SupervisorCleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Warehouse Supervisor.Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals.Position Summary:Will supervise and schedule shuttle drivers and warehouse employeesEnsure internal and external customer satisfactionHave dedicated interaction with Branch Management, Inventory Control, Information Technology, and SalesforceMonitor and ensure stated inventory levelsElevate Customer loyaltyPromote departmental engagementSafe equipment operation and working environmentAssist management in efficient Contamination ControlMonitor and maintain Drop service vehicles, drops, and vendorsProvide and record employee training, guidance and discipline to guarantee stated process and policyUse established metrics to provide effective and consistent Parts performance to elevate Customer experience, achieve and maintain a top ten Caterpillar Dealer ranking.Preference given for working knowledge of parts counter process/maintenance of all parts-related reports and documentation includingDaily count sheets, cash sales, backorder reports, stock transfers & receipting, core processing, COD's, WMS, Cat Commercial accounting, informing customers of backordered status, and accurate parts order entry.
