We’re looking for an in-house Office Manager to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax & title documentation, and support a variety of essential accounting tasks. Requirements 6 months minimum experience required Lightspeed DMS experience is a major plus Strong communication & listening skills Solid computer skills (accounting systems, data entry, reporting) Excellent attention to detail Ability to interact professionally in person & over the phone Strong organization, time management & personal discipline Ability to follow procedures accurately Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Positive, enthusiastic, team-first attitude Must pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen Why Team Karl Malone? What You’ll Do Perform a variety of accounting & bookkeeping tasks (AP, AR, general ledger entries) Support the accounting team in day-to-day operations Maintain strong relationships with customers, teammates, sales teams & management Process new and used vehicles for registration Prepare tax & title documents Submit legal transfer work to the DMV Bonus Points If You Have: Lightspeed DMS experience Experience in the Auto or PowerSports industry We are an equal opportunity employer.
