What We’re Looking For:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapist license
- Experience working in school environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with IEP processes and effective documentation
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with staff, families, and students
- Adaptability to support students across different ages and abilities
Your Day-to-Day:
- Conduct assessments to identify barriers to student success
- Develop and implement student-specific OT plans
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into classroom routines
- Track progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain compliance with educational and clinical documentation standards
