Benefit Coordinator Intern

Key Accountabilities:Responds to telephone calls and emails, resolving benefit inquiriesCompletes various administrative tasks within the Benefits Administrative system including the review of qualifying life events and coverage changesReviews and processes court orders requiring changes to benefit coverageReconciles monthly invoices from related vendors and facilitates approval for paymentLearns organizational processes and proceduresContributes to assigned projects and may assist with the development and maintenance of documentation or recordsWorks in team environment, communicating as required with all personnelAssembles information in a timely and efficient mannerCollaborates with staff and departments in preparing special projectsMeets TKMNA Employee Attributes / CompetenciesThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
