In this full-time role, you will conduct virtual therapy sessions, advocating for the mental well-being of our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, dependent on experience and hours worked.

Work Environment\n

This fully remote position allows for flexibility and gives you the ability to create a work-life balance that best suits you. Working Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, you will be free from on-call obligations. Key Responsibilities\n

As a therapist with Clear Path Counseling, you will work primarily with adults who experience stable, low-acuity mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of an independent license, one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology for virtual therapy sessions, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.
