National Sales Representative

Location: Field-based, Belgium. Regular travel across the territory in line with surgical case activity, with occasional wider Benelux travel. Overview Scientia Talent have partnered with an innovative medical device manufacturer developing clinically differentiated technologies for the surgical market. Their solutions are designed to improve patient outcomes and support healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care. Following continued growth, they are now looking for a National Sales Representative to take ownership of a key territory and support the next phase of commercial expansion. This is a hands‑on, clinically focused field role where you will work closely with surgeons and clinical teams, supporting product adoption, driving conversion from existing solutions, and building long‑term customer relationships. Key responsibilities Own territory performance end to end, building and executing plans to exceed sales objectives Open new accounts and expand usage within existing customers to drive adoption and conversion Provide hands‑on clinical support and technical guidance during live surgical procedures Build trusted relationships with surgeons, OR staff and hospital stakeholders Lead product trials, evaluations and in‑service educationNavigate hospital procurement, tenders and clinical/economic decision makers Track competitor activity and feed clinical and market insight back to the business Proven track record selling surgical instruments into hospital operating rooms, including hands‑on case support Demonstrated success introducing new technology and displacing incumbent solutions Strong clinical aptitude and credibility with surgeons and OR teams Ability to operate autonomously with full ownership of a territory Fluency in the local language and English Equal Opportunity & Accessibility We are committed to supporting an inclusive recruitment process for all candidates.
