Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: 10/05/2026 \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 36 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, days, nights \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n \n Title: Registered Nurse – MS/Tele Location: Maryville, TN 37804 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days & Nights both shift available (3x12)s \n \n Requirements: \n \n Minimum 1 year of recent experience \n Previous charge experience required \n Travel experience required; no first-time travelers \n Active TN RN license \n BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required \n Minimum 1 year of Epic experience required \n MS/Tele experience \n Patient ratio: 1:6 \n Must be willing to float to other units/campuses as needed \n \n Description: \n \n 30-bed Neuroscience Med/Surg unit focused on Stroke/TIA and higher-acuity Med/Surg patients \n Patient population: Adults & Geriatrics \n Common diagnoses include Stroke/TIA, Seizure, Syncope, PNA, Chest Pain, Dialysis, AKI, Post Heart Cath, Respiratory Failure, Encephalopathy, CHF, and Sepsis \n Skills include telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV therapy, blood products, central lines/PICC, BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC, wound care, and oxygen management \n Peritoneal dialysis and continuous bladder irrigation performed on the unit \n Every other weekend \n Float required based on facility needs and skill set \n \n \n 3453484 P About Talent4Health\n \n A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
