Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, offering therapy and support in both individual and group settings.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and strategies that foster collaboration towards shared goals.

• Ensure ethical standards and organizational policies are maintained when providing care, delivering services with respect for each client’s unique background and beliefs.

• Conduct thorough assessments, deliver focused interventions, and develop integrated care plans tailored to the needs of your clients.

• Monitor each client’s progress, coordinating with family members and other providers to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

• Document treatment progress and outcomes meticulously, ensuring timely completion of all required reporting and data submissions.

• Provide on-call support as needed, ready to assist during emergencies or critical situations that require immediate action.

• Actively participate in quality improvement committees, focusing on enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.

The primary focus of this role is to serve clients who are in various phases of recovery from substance use and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required, alongside active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• Annual salary ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflective of experience and expertise.
