Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, in individual, family, and group therapy settings.

• Devise and implement personalized treatment plans, setting actionable goals and interventions tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as required.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure integrated, client-centered care.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards through our EMR system.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and supportive group meetings to enhance clients' therapeutic experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
