Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in accordance with their mental health needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client's relational and psychological challenges, developing customized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic objectives.

• Employ family systems theory and systemic interventions to navigate and address complex relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and family stressors.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support, ensuring the safety and stability of clients and their families when urgent issues arise.

• Keep accurate and confidentiality-compliant records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes following legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate educational workshops or resources that empower clients with effective communication skills, conflict resolution tactics, and coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
