Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples, families, and individuals, focusing on relational dynamics and mental health issues.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions that address various challenges including alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, medical issues, and adjustment to life changes such as divorce or blended families.

• Continuously assessing client progress and adapting therapeutic approaches accordingly.
\n
• Engaging in professional development and supervision to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on adults as well as children and adolescents, providing a holistic approach to therapy. You will engage with clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse

• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and communication difficulties
\n
• Life transitions such as divorce and separation
\n
• Adjustment disorders related to job stress or medical issues

• Struggles within blended families

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• A passion for patient care and a commitment to clinical excellence.

• The ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and demonstrate flexible availability to meet client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applications from newly licensed professionals, candidates with experience in family therapy, trauma-informed care, and clinical practice in both telehealth and in-person settings are particularly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
