Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing patient histories, implementing specific assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, consulting with other healthcare professionals to modify care plans as necessary based on patient progress and needs.
• Utilize treatment protocols grounded in evidence-based practices, adapting approaches based on evaluation findings and patient presentations.
• Document patient care activities meticulously, ensuring accurate records including initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, progress summaries, and discharge evaluations.
• Implement appropriate discharge planning, facilitating continuity of care and follow-up services with a focus on each patient's goals and outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, fulfilling all compliance requirements as stipulated by local and federal regulations.
• Foster open, respectful communication with patients, families, physicians, and team members to create a collaborative care environment.
• Participate in facility meetings and training sessions as directed by management to enhance team cohesion and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic specializes in treating a diverse range of patients with orthopedic conditions, which may include post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
