This is a remote role and you can reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Maryland, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas and Virgina.

Your Key Responsibilities & Growth Opportunities:

• Streamline Billing Workflows: Authorize and process transactions using Phoenix, our specialized legal data management software.
• Maintain Financial Precision: Thoroughly audit transactions for accuracy, verify pricing, and submit fee approval requests through client electronic databases.
• Drive Collaborative Solutions: Partner directly with internal departments and commercial clients via phone and digital channels to resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support Strategic Reporting: Create daily and monthly financial reports to support leadership decisions and special research projects.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Proven Financial Experience: 2+ years in Accounting, Billing, or Accounts Receivable (high-volume legal billing preferred).
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Phoenix software experience is highly valued.
• Industry Insight: Working knowledge of real estate foreclosure or bankruptcy procedures.
• Core Competencies: Detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills who excels at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
