Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate the needs and strengths of clients, establishing initial treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized aftercare plans that support clients in maintaining their recovery after discharge, including family involvement when appropriate.

• Provide ongoing counseling and support through individual and group therapy sessions, applying therapeutic frameworks tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Monitor and document medication side effects and therapeutic outcomes under the supervision of a psychiatrist, ensuring clients receive the best possible medication management.

• Maintain detailed records following company policies, completing documentation such as biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes promptly.

• Engage in continuous case management and participate in treatment team meetings, contributing to care coordination and utilization reviews.

• Research and advocate for community resources to assist clients with various service needs, including healthcare access, housing support, childcare, and nutritional programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients who are undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. Many of these individuals may also face co-occurring mental health disorders such as depression or anxiety. Your therapeutic efforts will be crucial in providing them with coping strategies and access to services that can enhance their quality of life and promote long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program, reflecting a strong academic foundation in clinical social work principles.

Compensation and Benefits\n
