Responsibilities Providing patient care, education, and support to patients and families, addressing biological, emotional, developmental, and psychosocial needs. Performing procedures such as ventilator management, airway management, arterial blood gas analysis, and pulmonary diagnostics. Collaborating with healthcare team members for care planning and ensuring quality and safe patient environments. Mentoring new employees, students, and peers, and participating in staff development and quality improvement initiatives. Ensuring accurate documentation, promoting evidence-based practices, and maintaining compliance with policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred). Certifications including NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, and ACLS are required upon hire. 0-2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care. Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in computer systems.
