National Account Manager

A Day in the Life

As a National Account Manager, you will be a key driver of our commercial success for our Dermatological Beauty Division supporting one of our core Pharmacy accounts to drive sales performance and contribute towards our overall channel strategies. You'll build strong partnerships to ensure our iconic brands achieve maximum presence and performance in the Australian market. This role is a 12 month maximum term contract until 31 st July 2027.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute tailored strategies and joint business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market share for your accounts.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations for trading terms, promotional activities, and new product listings to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, manage forecasts, and optimize performance.

• Excellence in Account Management , with a history of building strong client partnerships.
• Strong Negotiation skills to secure optimal outcomes.
• Solid Business Acumen and an understanding of the retail landscape.
• The ability to develop long-term growth through Strategic Planning .
• Proficiency in Data Analysis & Performance Tracking to inform decisions.
