Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of students to identify their mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique situation.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, in order to foster effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and standards, ensuring that all interactions and treatment plans are well-documented for quality care.

• Collaborating actively with a multidisciplinary team, including school staff, psychologists, and psychiatrists, to ensure that students receive holistic and coordinated care.
\n
• Participating in regular virtual case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service quality, share insights, and integration of new therapeutic strategies.

• Providing educational resources and support to students and their families regarding mental health issues and available community resources, fostering resilience and independence.

• Staying informed about the latest research in the field of mental health and incorporating evidence-based practices into clinical sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse student population facing a range of mental health challenges that may include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience, with a proven track record in providing psychotherapy services to individuals, particularly in school or adolescent environments.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and psychotherapy interventions.

• Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
