NOW HIRING: TEMPORARY PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES — $21/HR

Reno Staffing is hiring Temporary Production Associates for Swing Shift in Spanish Springs!

Start as soon as TOMORROW! If you’re looking to make some extra cash this month, this could be a great short-term opportunity.

This is a strictly temporary assignment through the end of September with a solar energy technology manufacturing facility in Spanish Springs, NV.

No previous manufacturing experience is required — manufacturing or production experience is a plus!

Pay & Schedule

• $20/hour 
• Monday–Friday
• 6AM TO 2:30PM 
• Temporary assignment through the end of September
• Start as soon as tomorrow!

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll help keep daily manufacturing operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assemble components and solar energy technology products on a production line
• Inspect finished products for quality, damage, or defects
• Track production output and help meet daily production goals
• Organize, maintain, and track materials throughout the production floor
• Sort, pack, and prepare finished products for shipping or staging
• Operate basic tools, equipment, and machinery as needed
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company procedures, production standards, and safety guidelines
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your lead or supervisor

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous manufacturing experience, but you should be:

• Reliable and committed to working through the end of September
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to follow instructions and strict safety procedures
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to use your hands for repetitive tasks and basic assembly
• Able to lift and move manufacturing materials as needed
• Dependable with strong attendance

An interview is required to be considered for this position.

Location

Spanish Springs, NV

This facility is NOT located on a bus line. Reliable personal transportation is required.
