Administrative Assistant – North Miami, FL Duration: 8 months + (contract to hire). Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations, answer and direct phone calls, manage calendars, and provide information to staff as needed. Administrative Officer – GS-0341-13 Level Typical work assignments may include analyzing district financial operations for efficiency and making adjustments as necessary. Pay: $20.00 per hour, Full‑time. Marketing & Administrative Coordinator Responsible for supporting the organization’s daily administrative operations while leading basic marketing and promotional efforts. Duties include scheduling, preparing correspondence, coordinating promotional materials, and providing general office support. Receptionist & Administrative Assistant Friendly, professional, and highly organized receptionist responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone lines, handling mail, and assisting with administrative tasks to support the real‑estate and housing development company. Pay: $20.00 per hour, Full‑time. Administrative Assistant (Temporary) Perform a variety of administrative clerical functions including managing calendars, answering phone calls, providing information to staff, and performing other tasks as directed. Pay: $19.00 per hour, Full‑time. Administrative Assistant (Permanent) Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services. Performs office work directly related to property management and related functions. Pay: $23.00 per hour, Permanent. Administrative Assistant (Full‑time) In this role, support office employees by ensuring they have all the information and resources needed to perform their best. Pay: $35,000.00 annually, Full‑time.
