Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor residents for therapeutic effects and adverse reactions under RN supervision.
- Document care provided, update care plans, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
- Perform direct patient care activities including assistance with activities of daily living and routine clinical tasks.
- Monitor resident status, report changes, and respond to urgent needs following facility policies and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality resident care.
- Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and quality improvement guidelines during every shift.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and meet the demands of a 12-week travel assignment.
- Availability to start on 10/03/2026 and complete a 12-week contract.
- Willingness to work a 3x12-hour shift schedule, totaling 36 guaranteed hours per week.
- Experience in long-term care or related geriatric settings preferred.
- Must meet any additional licensure or facility-specific requirements as applicable.
