- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, prioritizing safety and fall prevention
- Perform routine wound care and dressing changes; update care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with the care team, residents, and families; document in the electronic health record

Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Availability to work night shifts (3x12-hour) in a long-term care setting
- Demonstrated ability to perform essential LTC nursing tasks and document care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; teamwork oriented
- Proficient with basic computer use and electronic health record documentation
