Responsibilities

- Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance in daily care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before start
- Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and meet guaranteed hours
- Team-oriented, with a patient-centered approach to care
