This posting is for the Palm Beach County Market (West Palm Beach).This is a pure growth role focused on winning recurring landscape maintenance contracts across: HOAs & Community Associations, Commercial Office & Retail Properties, Municipalities, Large Residential Estates. You'll identify opportunities, build trust with decision-makers, and position the company as the long-term partner of choice.Consistently building and managing a strong sales pipeline, winning multi-year maintenance contracts, navigating competitive RFP processes with confidence, presenting to HOA boards, committees, executives, and municipal leaders, strategically pricing and negotiating profitable agreements, collaborating with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
